A bit of gloss

When a client came to me with a request for a 'girly' stationery design featuring letterhead, business card and notecard design I found it a perfect opportunity to hunt through surface pattern books for a bit of inspiration. What I came up with was a single colour print on card and a pattern varnished over the top. I love the way the varnish completely changes the colour of the ink in certain lights.
